  Any visitor on our web site is entitled to vote if he (she) has a correct e-mail and respects one of the following conditions:

-- The voter must be clearly identifiable via google or via wikipedia.

If the voter has no clear identifiable (e-mail address, name or nickname, website), her vote will be null and void.
