  • Quantitative Platform for Business: investigates the qualitative as well as the quantitative methods available for problem solving within an organisation
  • Organisational Behaviour: an understanding of the human aspects of management through the analysis of human behaviour in organisations
  • Managerial Accounting: commences with a refresher on book-keeping principles, before concentrating on managerial accounting, financial statement analysis and the decision-making process based on cost/benefit analysis 
  • Management Science: provides insight into the use of management science and operations research by presenting analytical models from a managerial perspective
  • Strategic Management: looks at the strategic management process in which corporate objectives are determined and strategic decisions taken, including the implementation and control of these strategies  
  • Operations Management: the focus is on the design, planning, direction and control of facilities, processes and activities that are required to transform labour, capital, materials and energy into goods and services 
  • Human Resource Management: is designed to take an in-depth, critical look at the effects of environmental change on organisational culture and structure and in doing so, increase knowledge of the various levers organisations pull to influence behaviour and performance  
  • Marketing Management: gives an introduction to the marketing concept, the strategic importance of marketing for the development and implementation of marketing plans, and an analysis of buyers' behaviour and the instruments of the marketing mix 
  • Financial Management: the objective is to provide an introduction to the principles of financial management, in particular develop an understanding of the concepts of economic profitability, return and value, under conditions of uncertainty and inflation  
  • Business and Society Management: addresses the big picture by looking at corporate social responsibility, business ethics and sustainability as well as business and the environment
  • Advanced Finance: deals in depth with the tools of financial decision-making such as option analysis, corporate valuation and value-based management and risk management
  • Advanced Marketing: will expose you to the latest marketing issues, knowledge, skills and tools in 21st century market environments. It will facilitate your growth in areas such as confidence, critical thinking, creativity, and your ability to be accountable, rigorous and ethical
  • Advanced Strategy: employs a strategic analysis framework to investigate competition and competitive advantage in a dynamic global business environment
  • Negotiating & Contracting: It is vital that any business executive entering into an international commercial transaction should know how to successfully negotiate an agreement that will actually satisfy his or her needs
  • Supply Chain Management: explains some of the basic frameworks for understanding supply chain dynamics. You will learn how to assess supply chain performance, and how the use of analyses can improve this chain
  • Leadership: The purpose is not to provide a single, ‘correct’ perspective, but to be a catalyst for personal reflection and insight as a platform for career and personal success
  • Entrepreneurship: Starting a new business requires sacrifice, hard work, and financial risk. Each student will develop an understanding of what this means to them personally and the basic steps in starting a new venture

Leonardo di ser Piero da Vinci (April 15, 1452 Florence, Italy- May 2, 1519 Amboise, Indre-et-Loire, France) was a talented Italian Renaissance Roman Catholic polymath: architect, anatomist, sculptor, engineer, inventor, geometer, scientist, mathematician, musician, painter and philosophe. He has been described as the archetype of the "Renaissance man", a man infinitely curious and equally inventive.
