The MBA Primer provides experienced managers and professionals with a broad-based overview of the key concepts, tools and techniques covered in traditional MBA programs. The 15-week "mini-MBA" program is designed to enhance understanding of functional business areas and provide students with practical tools for improving their current operations. Participants will increase their managerial decision-making abilities and overall effectiveness within their organizations by gaining familiarity with current business theories and practices. The program includes both a managerial skills assessment that tests participants' mastery of people skills in various work scenarios through role-playing exercises and a framework for skill development. The program is taught by a combination of experienced industry practitioners who teach for the Management Development Center and faculty from the Kellstadt Graduate School of Business – whose Evening MBA program is ranked nationally in the Top Ten by U.S. News and World Report. Participants meet once a week for 15 weeks. DePaul university After beginning this course, you'll have a solid foundation in Master of Business Administration. As a WUACADEMIA student you will have your own personal tutor helping you with your coursework and with any questions you may have.
