If you want to play djembe, this course is for you! If you have artistic abilities and your dream is to play djembe, this course will really help you to become a djembe player (djembefola), even if you are a real novice. No music reading required. Djembe Playing for beginners teaches everything you need to know to get started playing djembe. This course contains some of the most popular African rhythms, exercises covering the bases of technique, easy arrangements for small groups, and an introduction to solo techniques. As a WUACADEMIA student you will have your own personal tutor helping you with your coursework and with any questions you may have Duration of the course One year, but the actual time duration of the course of studies depends on each student's personal commitment and capabilities.
