Andrew Roy (Andy) Gibb (Manchester, 5 maart 1958 - Oxford, 10 maart 1988) was een Brits-Australische popzanger. Eind jaren '70 van de 20e eeuw was hij een populair tieneridool. In maart 1988 kreeg hij echter last van een verwaarloosde hartkwaal. Hij overleed aan myocarditis, een ontsteking van de hartspier, vijf dagen na zijn dertigste verjaardag.
